iClicker Physical Remote Votes Not Received

As of 11 AM CT, we began hearing reports from customers that physical clicker remote votes were not registering in their courses. We confirmed votes were recorded, but there was a processing delay so the votes were not showing for instructors. We rectified the underlying issue so votes are now being processed in real-time, and are processing any votes received between 11 AM and 12 PM CT. Note that this issue only impacted physical clickers, and not votes completed through the iClicker app or web browser.
