We identified intermittent connection issues around 10:15 AM ET that were related to our third-party Pusher integration (https://status.pusher.com/). iClicker users may have experienced latency for in-class activities, polling, and quizzing. The Pusher team implemented a fix and our engineering team confirmed that all services are back to normal operation.
